‘Leave a little sparkle wherever you go’ –these are not my words, neither do I know who said or wrote them first. But I do know two things about these set of words.
First, today this is a much acclaimed sentence being shared widely on various digital forums. And secondly, these set of words perfectly suit one of a NCL officer named Amrendra Kumar.
Amrendra Kumar is working as Assistant Manager (Community Development) at Amlohri Area of NCL and wherever he goes, he leaves a little sparkles of our company- the NCL. This officer, to my mind, has marveled the art of promoting brand NCL. He has weaved it seamlessly with his job so much so that he does it every now and then while discharging his regular duties. As a part of his job, he gets to meet officers of District Administration on regular basis. Umpteen number of times he had presented various in-house publications of NCL to high ranking district administration officials. There are number of incidents when he was applauded in-person by District Administration.
And top of it, his flair in communication is really interesting. I still remember our first conversation when I got to know about his pre-NCL work experience. Subsequently, I asked “Sir, how was the transition? Was it smooth or uneven?”
And he did what an excellent communicator does. Without thinking even for a second, he replied–“Ma’am, if it is smooth, I become sedan. If it is tough, I become SUV. That ways, I always enjoy the journey”
Witty indeed!
It is these Aha moments that get me writing.
The moments someone says something that no one ever said before.
The moment someone does something that no one ever did before.
Yes, it is these moments that get me writing.
Be good, think good, do good, say good.
And..and just let me know, I will write about it. 🙂
